We all have the ability to gain benefits from a healthy lifestyle and to lay aside instant gratification. There is no single solution to overcoming the problem of gratification perception. You can try some methods to do this. In your health plan, add a bit of instant gratification. Just to give you motivation to help you achieve your health goals, you can reward yourself every time you achieve a goal on your healthy living plan. As you get used to your new habits, you can start reducing your rewards.
